  • Developed an ongoing product optimization program, increasing sessions and leads 17% and 12%, respectively for Ram.com through A/B testing and UX research testing.
  • Led user experience design for Panera.com e-commerce launch and The Hartford’s online auto quote experience. Defined the core personas, user journeys, experience epics, product pages, and personalization strategy framework.
